Course Description

Looking for a simple skill you can learn that will help you to:

  • improve your scuba diving skills and enhance your ability as a diver
  • give you a way to deal with pre-dive nerves
  • do something before dives that can reduce anxiety of carrying out skills or new tasks
  • enhance your learning during future diving courses

And all without needing to be in the water!

Consider learning the skill of mental rehearsal.  Mental rehearsal has been studied as a way to help divers and there is evidence that it not only helps to reduce nerves, it also improves performance.

It's not hard to learn, however there are several key points to understand and apply.  This course will take you through these principals and show you how to avoid the pitfalls in easy to follow lessons.

You will have 60 days access to complete the course.  If you require an extension, please get in touch.

The course contains notes in pdf and guided audios that you may download for future reference.

You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of this course.

Just the right level of detail to provide background and theory and some great practical examples of how you yourself can apply this in the real world, with practice sessions to get you started. This is an easy to follow, straightforward guide and an excellent tool; rather like having your own little cheerleader cheering you on, except you can learn to be your own, very effective, cheerleader! Excellent course, thank you, highly recommend divers give it a try.
