This guide was created by a UK-Registered Clinical Psychologist and Scuba Diving Instructor.  Diving in Scotland, the UK and around the world since 2007, I became interested in preventing diver panic during my PADI Divemaster training.  Seeing students and new divers struggle lead me to draw on my expertise in psychology to find answers. I share these to help other divers develop in their own diving.
